80系列微型风冷活塞式压缩机设计
摘 要
压缩机是现代工业上使用量大,范围广的一种通用机械。按照工作原理区分为两大类,即速度型和容积型,而活塞式压缩机是属于容积型压缩机的其中一种。它是利用活塞在气缸中运动对气体进行挤压,使气体压力提高。它与其它种类的压缩机相比,具有压力范围最广、效率高、适应性强等优点。
在活塞式压缩机设计计算中最根本也是最重要的是热力计算和动力计算。根据任务书中提供的介质、气量、压力等参数要求,经过热力计算计算得到相关的参数,如级数、压力比、轴功率、气缸直径等,经过动力计算得到活塞式压缩机的受力情况。活塞式压缩机的热力计算和动力计算的结果将为各部件图形以及基础设计提供原始数据,计算结果的精度将体现活塞式压缩机的设计水平。

Abstract
Compressor is the modern industrialusage,widerangeofakindofgeneralmachinery .According to the principle of work is divided into two categories, namely the speed andvolume .The piston compressor is belongs to one of the volume type compressor. It is the use of the piston in the cylinder movement to extrusion of gas, increase the gas pressure .It compared with other types of compressor, pressure range and the advantages of high efficiency, strong adaptability .
In the piston compressor design and calculation is the most fundamental and most important thermodynamic calculation and dynamic calculation .According to the specification provided in the parameters such as medium, gas, pressure requirements .Through thermodynamic calculation to calculate the related parameters, such as series, pressure ratio, shaft power, cylinder diameter, etc .Through the dynamic force of the piston compressor is calculated .Piston compressor thermodynamic calculation and dynamic calculation results will provide original parts graphics and basic design data .The precision of the calculation result will reflect the design level of piston compressor.
